Susan Shalkoski is an industry veteran with more than 20 years experience in virtually all areas of Kitchen & Bath design and sales. She has been a member of the NKBA since 1996, when she received her certification. Susan holds a BS degree in Interior Design from Endicott College. Prior to joining Northeast Kitchens last year, Susan worked for CP Technologies as a 20-20 Design Trainer, where her students benefitted from her wealth of industry experience. Susan also worked six years at a major metro Boston area showroom where she trained sales associates in the basics of kitchen design and taught 20-20 Design software in addition to her design and sales responsibilities. Prior to that she worked in kitchen and bath design and sales for 8 years at a national home center chain in both the home center and high-end showroom environments.
